Steve Matejka -- Owner
After 20 years of coaching high school football and teaching, Steve was ready for a change and to be able to spend more time with his family. With a leap of faith and the support of his family, Monument Pool Service was established. Having had a swimming pool his whole life, it was an endeavor Steve was extremely familiar with. Steve, a Deer Park native, has built the business from a handful of pools to 300+ pools a week.
Shane -- Head Service and Pool Tech
With over 20 years experience in the pool industry, Shane is an invaluable member of the Monument Pool team. He keeps his route pools pristine, but repairs are his forte. If something is not working, no worries...Shane can fix it!
Michael -- Pool Service Tech
After two years of hard work, Michael has worked his way up from pool tech assistant to being given his own route. He an extremely responsible young man and an asset to our team.

Our newest team member, Jerrod has come in and done a great job. Willing to help out in any situation, he has become a filter clean extraordinaire and valued team member
