Steve Matejka -- Owner
After 20 years of coaching high school football and teaching, Steve was ready for a change and to be able to spend more time with his family. With a leap of faith and the support of his family, Monument Pool Service was established. Having had a swimming pool his whole life, it was an endeavor Steve was extremely familiar with. Steve, a Deer Park native, has built the business from a handful of pools to 300+ pools a week.
Shane -- Manager /Repair Expert
With over 25 years experience in the pool industry, Shane is an invaluable member of the Monument Pool team. If something is not working, no worries...Shane can fix it! He is licensed with the State of Texas.
Laura Matejka -- Office Manager/Co-owner
This retired teacher is now Monument Pool Service’s office manager part time, as well as being Steve’s full time assistant.
